7Concepts SRL ("we", "us", "our") respects your privacy and is committed to protecting your personal data. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, share, and protect personal data in accordance with the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and applicable Belgian law.

2.3 Data We Collect

• Contact Data: name and email address, provided when you subscribe to our newsletter or submit a contact form.
• Technical Data: IP address, browser type, device information, and browsing behavior on our site, collected via cookies and similar technologies.

2.4 Purpose and Legal Basis of Processing

We process personal data for the following purposes, on the following legal bases (Art. 6 GDPR):

• Sending newsletter and marketing communications — based on your consent, given when you subscribe (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR). You may withdraw this consent at any time.
• Responding to inquiries submitted via contact forms — based on our legitimate interest in communicating with prospective clients, or on steps taken at your request prior to entering into a contract (Art. 6(1)(b)/(f) GDPR).
• Website analytics and functionality — based on consent for non-essential cookies, and legitimate interest / necessity for strictly necessary cookies (see Section 3, Cookie Policy).

Where automated or AI-based tools are used to manage, segment, or personalize newsletter communications, this processing is likewise based on your consent to receive marketing communications.

2.5 Recipients and Third Parties

We may share personal data with the following categories of recipients, acting as our processors or as independent third parties:

• Email/newsletter delivery service providers, engaged to send and manage newsletter communications on our behalf.
• Providers of automated or AI-based marketing tools, engaged to manage, segment, or personalize newsletter communications on our behalf. Where such a provider is confirmed, this section will be updated to name the provider and, if applicable, the safeguards used for any transfer of data outside the EU/EEA (see Section 2.7).
• LinkedIn, via tracking technology embedded on our website (see Section 3, Cookie Policy).
• Our website hosting provider, Infomaniak.

We do not sell personal data to third parties.

2.6 Data Retention

We retain newsletter subscriber data for as long as you remain subscribed, and for a limited period afterward to comply with legal obligations and resolve disputes. Contact form submissions are retained only as long as necessary to address the inquiry. Data is deleted or anonymized once it is no longer needed for these purposes.

2.7 International Data Transfers

Personal data is currently processed within the European Economic Area (EEA) or by providers offering adequate safeguards. Should we engage a processor located outside the EEA, this policy will be updated to disclose the transfer and the applicable safeguard (such as Standard Contractual Clauses approved by the European Commission), before any personal data is transferred.

Under the GDPR, you have the right to:

• Lodge a complaint with the Belgian Data Protection Authority (Autorité de protection des données / Gegevensbeschermingsautoriteit), www.autoriteprotectiondonnees.be, or with the supervisory authority of your own EU country of residence.
